The grapes were destemmed and gently crushed after harvesting, and then fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature (26-28 ° C).
T Rosso combines the lightness of the jovial Schiava to pleasant fruit richness found in Pinot Noir and Merlot. It’s a combination of the history and winemaking tradition of Alto Adige. In the glass, T Rosso is bright ruby to garnet, with aromas of fresh fruit and soft, gentle palate.
An elegant wine that can be paired with light meat dishes or fish.
