Winemaking
After briefly soaking with the skins, the grapes for this rosé were softly pressed to tank. The must is then fermented at controlled temperature (20-22 ° C) in steel tanks and allowed to go through malolactic fermentation.
Tasting Notes
Lagrein Rosé is pale pink to ruby in color, with delicate and pleasant aromas. The fruit feels fresh and bright.

This rosé pairs well with hearty appetizers, smoked fish and white meat.
