The grapes come from vineyards grown in calcareous clay soils.

The grapes were de-stemmed and fermented at controlled temperature (28 ° C) in steel tanks. The wine was then aged and allowed to undergo malolactic fermentation in barrels of various capacities for at least 6 months.
Ruby in color, with spicy, vibrant red fruit, and a full taste to complement the wine’s captivating aroma and fruity tannins. The finish is velvety and elegant.
This wine goes well with venison, game and strong cheese.
