The grapes for this wine comes from hills of a particullary sunny areas. At 250 -300 m the soils are composed of calcareous clay and gravel.

Maceration was carried out at a controlled temperature (26 ° C) with continuous pumping to increase the level of extraction from the grape skins. After fermentation in stainless steel, the wine was aged in a combination of French barriques and large oak casks.
Brilliant ruby red in color, the wine shows scents of fruit and spice. On the palate the wine is full-bodied and structured with generous tannins.
This food-friendly red is particularly suitable for roasts, game and cheeses.
